Have you heard about Equivalency Certificate? Do you know what is it? Will this affect you / your work?
Every once in a while we are hearing from our colleagues concerns about Equivalency Certificate. This happens as not all company are requiring it but as time passes, each of them starts imposing the said requirement. When this gets imposed by a company, most of the time, that’s the only time we take action. Some companies can wait for their staff to complete the process but on the other hand other companies don’t want to take risks, and therefore have an adverse effect to the ones who are not ready for this.
How then will you respond to this requirement? Will you just wait until your company require this to you or as early as now, you make yourself aware of the process and be prepared?
