Commission on Filipino Overseas (CFO) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) representatives shared their financial expertise to at least 50 participants at the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi last December 11, 2015. IECEP UAE, being an active member of the Filipino Community groups in Abu Dhabi, took part on the Oplan Bagahe campaign for our POLO-OWWA wards. A total of eleven (11) trolley luggage bags have been handed over by our Chapter President and Chairman of the Board, Engr Lloyd Allen Ondona to Vice Consul Rowena Daquipil on December 12, 2015 at the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
