Our speaker is IECEP’s 2013 National President. As a backgrounder, he is a graduate of Mapua who has had a teaching stint there for 14 years. He is currently the Head of Broadcast Operations of service provider Transmission Specialists, Inc. He used to be Head of Engineering of ABS-CBN’s Regional Network Group.He is the former president of the Society of Broadcast Engineers and Technicians of the Philippines. He attended the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management. He has undergone a special training in Paris, France on Digital TV Technology under the auspices of the French Embassy. In 1999 he was conferred by IECEP as the Most Outstanding Electronics Engineer in the field of broadcasting. He is IECEP’s in-house instructor in Management for Engineers, Project Management , Continual Improvement and Digital TV Technology.
