The Philippine Regulation Commission visited the UAE for the first time in history to help the professional Filipinos manage their documents easier and faster. This four-day event from August 23-26, 2025 has been a success in Filipino Private School of Abu Dhabi (FIPA School), Abu Dhabi, UAE. This event was hosted by the Philippine Embassy, the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) and Philippine Professional Organization (PPO-UAE), with IECEP-UAE honored to serve as the official technical lead. One such story is that of Earl Gerald Lacsamana Mella, who made history in June 2025 when he secured 2nd place in the Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for BS Electronics Engineers held in the UAE.
